Overheard: My Kids' Smart-Ass Responses to Dora

This is what happens when you've got one preschooler and one older kid whos too lazy to get up off the couch and find something else to do forced to watch Dora.

Dora: Today is Boots' special day!
My kid: He's going to wear pants?

Dora: Say it louder! Abre!
My kid: Maybe if you didn't yell so much, your parents would spend more time with you.

Dora: This is my friend, Big Red Chicken.
My kid: So. Many. Nuggets.

Dora: Where are we going?
My kid: She's just like Grandma, always asking "Where are we going?" over and over.

Dora: Where are we going?
My kid: To be evaluated for ADHD?

Dora: Do you see Swiper?
My kid: She must go to the same eye doctor as Steve from "Blues Clues".

Troll: I'm the grumpy old troll, who lives under the bridge.
My kid: Dude. That is just like Mom before coffee.
